Welcome, my name is Dr. Kiss István Viktor, a full-time lawyer. I have several years of professional experience in the field of finance, financing, and receivables management. I started my career in 2004 as a legal representative of a leasing company in Hungary, where I initially dealt with real estate and car financing, and later with debt enforcement and recovery. During my work, I represented the company in and out of court and was also involved in international projects.

In addition to providing "classic" legal representation, I have been involved with my colleagues in the development of the company's internal regulations and procedures, drafting of business rules, data management statements, AML, and KYC procedures both domestically and internationally. In addition to the above, I am also a DPO.
