I ensure lawful data processing

As part of my data protection service, I will identify the data processed in the course of the company's activities (customer data, employee data, other personal data, etc.) I will examine the data management practices related to the current activities, identify any shortcomings, and draw attention to unlawful data management if I find any. I will make complex proposals for the development of lawful data management practices and prepare the necessary internal regulations. I will review the company's current data management policy and, if necessary, amend it or create a new one.

If you operate a web shop or develop an application, I will review or prepare the necessary privacy notices, and customer declarations (the small print) for lawful processing. I will carry out the necessary privacy impact assessments and consult with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) if necessary. I develop the data breach management process and participate in the investigation of each data breach, prepare the documentation for reporting the incident to the authorities if necessary, and represent the company in the NAIH audit.
